SWANSEA — The Swansea Board of Health hosted a Tea Time Talk community program Thursday, August 20, at 2 p.m. at the Swansea Free Public Library.

The Swansea Board of Health held a Tea Time Talk Thursday afternoon at the Swansea Free Public Library, according to the library's public event calendar. The 2 p.m. session took place at the library's 69 Main Street location as part of the department's community programming.
