Dighton Conservation Commission Grants Compliance Certificates, Continues Four Hearings

Dighton Conservation Commission honored 50-year member Charlie Mello and acted on a full docket of wetland permits at its January 22 meeting. The commission also debated its role as administering authority under Dighton's 2009 stormwater regulations, with Digits and member Paul Reynolds arguing the commission must be the first stop in the town's permitting flow chart.
