FALL RIVER — The Fall River Housing Authority approved a $55,224.25 Ford Transit van purchase and an $8,322.56 change order. Board members awarded the 2026 Ford Transit cargo van contract for the facilities department to Empire Ford after one bid was rejected as non-responsive. Change Order No. 6 funds two additional fire alarm hand controls and extends central monitoring from one year to three at the Shaw Bishop elderly apartments.
