WESTPORT — The Westport Housing Authority board heard results of a tenant survey and approved routine items. The management agent said 31 of 48 residents responded, with 61 percent very satisfied and 6 percent dissatisfied, and 96 percent reporting courteous maintenance staff. He said the authority was $10,431 ahead of budget two months into the year, holds a reserve of roughly $166,000 and received no state funding increase for fiscal 2027.

Monthly hallway cleaning returns in January. Residents pressed for use of the camera system, which the agent said he would look into: "We spent a lot of money on that system, and it's not being used." The board approved the August 26 minutes and the warrant by voice vote.
