North Attleborough Enacts Stage 2 Outdoor Water Restrictions

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH — The Town of North Attleborough has escalated to Stage 2 outdoor water restrictions as the summer dry stretch continues, town officials announced this week. The declaration was one of several Town Hall updates rolling out alongside Fire Department promotions and the opening of a senior tax-relief program, while Saturday's Kids Day Parade drew families downtown.

The town has implemented Stage 2 Outdoor Water Restrictions, according to a notice posted by North Attleborough officials. The move tightens limits on outdoor water use as the town manages demand during the summer season.

Fire Chief Christopher Coleman announced a round of promotions, new hires and service-milestone recognitions within the North Attleborough Fire Department, according to the town.

The town is now accepting applications for the Fiscal Year 2027 Means-Tested Senior Property Tax Exemption, giving eligible senior homeowners a window to apply for relief on their property tax bills.

North Attleborough's Kids Day Parade returned Saturday, July 18, at 11 a.m. with a walking celebration through downtown, continuing one of the town's favorite summer traditions as part of the ongoing 250th Anniversary festivities.
