WESTPORT — Historical Commission continued a Main Road pool and patio hearing to Sept. 2 without a decision. The commission voted 7-0 on the continuance after attorney Kelly Jordan Price said the applicant, trustee Robert Branca, and four neighbors had settled and stayed their court cases. Sean Leach presented a plan to cut the pool-area wall about four feet, to elevation 12.5, and drop the pergola; members still questioned the upper patio wall, about 4.5 feet above the pool deck, and the project's overall scale.
The commission asked for a 3D model and added design details. It approved a garage at 46 Cape Isle Lane on a six-member roll call and approved an Adamsville Road barn demolition once the barn is professionally documented.
