DARTMOUTH — May 12, 2026 — Dartmouth Conservation Commission approves two residential wetland permits and delays a car wash after-the-fact filing at its May 12 meeting. The commission voted unanimously to issue an amended order of conditions for 0 Ledgemont Lane, where new owners Jeffrey and Amy Tavares plan a four-bedroom home that reduces new 100-foot buffer zone alteration by 40 percent compared to the original 2022 approval, per a plan prepared by Peter Cruz of Cab Engineering Solutions.
