Fire Department Marks Promotions, New Hires at Ceremony
The Town of North Attleborough continues to manage extreme summer conditions this week, with Stage 2 outdoor water restrictions in place even as the Fire Department paused to recognize new hires, promotions, and service milestones at a ceremony held last week.
TOWN HALL
Fire Chief Christopher Coleman announced that the North Attleborough Fire Department recognized promotions, new hires, and service milestones during a department ceremony held last week, according to a News Flash release posted Tuesday morning. The town's homepage also confirms Stage 2 outdoor water restrictions remain in effect, part of the town's response to recent extreme heat conditions.
Separately, the town is now accepting applications for the Fiscal Year 2027 Means-Tested Senior Property Tax Exemption, a program that may reduce residential property taxes for eligible senior homeowners. Officials also previously announced the town is accepting applications for its second round of Opioid Impact Grants, building on what the town described as the success of its inaugural grant cycle.
