Mansfield DPW Rolls Out Summer Road Construction Schedule

MANSFIELD — Mansfield's Department of Public Works kicked off a run of summer construction projects this week, and the town's Information Technologies office issued a fresh warning about cyber scams targeting residents, according to a pair of Town Hall alerts.

The DPW-Highway Division has several construction projects scheduled for this summer, Town Hall said in a News Flash alert, without specifying individual streets or a completion timeline. Residents should expect periodic delays around active work zones in the weeks ahead.

Town Hall also circulated this week's cybersecurity communication, walking residents through a sample cyber-scam scenario and how to resolve it. Past installments of the series are archived on the town's Information Technologies webpage.

COMING UP

Several town boards meet over the next two weeks. The Light Commission meets Monday, July 20; the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Historical Commission both meet Tuesday, July 21; the Planning Board meets Wednesday, July 22; and the Conservation Commission meets Monday, July 27, according to the town's online calendar.
