Mansfield Town Manager Launches Budget Focus Groups

MANSFIELD — Mansfield's town manager is launching a series of community focus groups to gather resident feedback on the town's budget plan, according to a notice posted to the town's website this week. The outreach comes as the town also released its July newsletter and continued summer road work across town.

The town manager will host a series of community focus groups aimed at collecting resident ideas, feedback, and perspectives on topics affecting Mansfield and the town's budget plan, according to a "You're Invited — Join the Conversation" notice posted to the town's website. The town did not specify dates or locations for the sessions in the posting.

The town also published its July Town Newsletter, featuring updates from town departments, boards, and committees, and continues to flag DPW-Highway Division road construction projects scheduled across town this summer as part of ongoing infrastructure work.

COMING UP

The School Committee's Policy Subcommittee and the Conservation Commission are both scheduled to meet Monday, July 27. The Parks & Recreation Commission meets Tuesday, July 28, followed by the School Committee's School Needs Assessment Subcommittee on Wednesday, July 29.
