Mansfield conservation board clears New England FC turf field, banks a 63-acre land gift. The approval locks in a roughly 63-acre land donation to the town's land trust. Elsewhere, the board unanimously approved a pool project at 55 Willow Street after wetland scientist Nicole Hayes called it "a very benign project," granted a certificate of compliance on Maple Street, and continued a proposed five-home Gilbert Street subdivision to August 31 pending the town engineer's review.

Members also adopted a revised fee schedule effective August 1, keeping the top commercial fee above $1,000.
