North Attleborough Releases Full 250th Anniversary Celebration Calendar

The town has released the complete schedule of events for its "Celebrating Liberty's Legacy: 250 Years of Independence" commemoration, anchoring what promises to be a busy summer of civic celebration for residents.

North Attleborough published the official calendar of events Wednesday for its "Celebrating Liberty's Legacy: 250 Years of Independence" commemoration, giving residents a full road map of patriotic programming planned around the nation's 250th birthday. The calendar release follows earlier announcements about specific events tied to the series, including the "Twice is Nice" 2.5- and 5-mile road race scheduled for July 12, for which registration is now open. Also making news on the town homepage: the North Attleborough Cultural Council announced the lineup for its 2026 Summer Concert Series, and Emergency Management Director Christopher Coleman and other town officials shared hurricane preparedness guidance ahead of the Atlantic hurricane season. Separately, the U.S. Small Business Administration has opened Business Recovery Centers across Southeastern Massachusetts — as of June 18 — to assist businesses and nonprofits still dealing with impacts from February's blizzard.
