Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of September 17, 2026

ACUSHNET — The Zoning Board of Appeals heard a request for two extra commercial vehicles at 224 Perry Hill Road after applicants withdrew a garage variance. Nathan J. and Carissa E. Doreen had sought a 40.7-foot setback where the retreat lot bylaw requires 75 feet. Attorney Dave DeVickman withdrew that request, and the board allowed it by voice vote.

Abutter Janine Bland, speaking for her husband, Robert, asked to continue the vehicle case so they could hire an attorney, citing dumpsters, pallets and future owners. A member moved to approve the two extra vehicles, and a vote was called, but the recording does not show the result.
