SOMERSET — March 2, 2026 — Somerset Conservation Commission approves four permits, continues former Montaup Power Plant wetland review to April 6. The commission voted unanimously at its March 2 meeting to issue orders of conditions for four separate projects: a private dock at 12 Annette Ave. for Jacqueline Esme, a dock at 96 Anchor Drive for Malcolm Tenglin, a dock and seawall rebuild for Sebastian Holdings LLC at 34 Anchor Drive, and a residential dwelling near bordering vegetated wetlands on a Purrington Street parcel for Kyle Medeiros. The commission also issued a negative determination — finding no wetlands jurisdiction — for a garage at 200 Millers Lane.
