Swansea Little League closes its season with a District 6 11U championship and a full slate of division champs.

SWANSEA -- Swansea Little League wrapped up its 2026 season this week, capping a year that included a district title for the league's 11U squad.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Swansea Little League announced its 11U team as the 2026 District 6 Champions. In District 6's 10U Chad Thiboutot Memorial Tournament, Taunton West was crowned the 2026 champion.

The league also crowned its in-house division champions for the year: the Red Sox took the Farm Division title, the Expos won the Major Division, and the Diamondbacks won the Senior Division.

Swansea Little League named its 2026 All-Star coaches by age group: Ian Dupre (8-year-olds), Chris Kenyon (9-year-olds), Adam Crisafulli (10-year-olds), Joe Cabral (11-year-olds), Joe Arruda (12-year-olds), Jeffrey Wood (Juniors) and Mike Soares (Seniors). The league thanked its players, families, coaches, volunteers and sponsors for the season and said it is now looking ahead to All-Stars, summer baseball and fall ball.

The league is also running a golf tournament fundraiser, asking foursomes to reserve their spot, and has opened its Spirit Wear store for league apparel.

No Swansea High School games were reported for the period, and no other town recreation or community sports items were available from the sources reviewed.
