The commission voted 0-5 to deny the continuance and 5-0 to dismiss DEP File 15-2814, filed by a Zenith-represented applicant proposing a single-family home within buffer zones to a Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, and the Slocums River Riverfront Area, after Conservation Agent Eduardo Fortes reported the underlying ownership dispute had moved to court with no resolution timeline.
