Easton Select Board approves $3.1 million in furniture and technology contracts for its nearly finished public safety and DPW buildings. The board unanimously awarded $961,594 for furniture and fixtures and $2,182,387 for IT and audiovisual systems, leaving about $1.4 million of a $5.56 million project budget. Quinn III, whose office helped solve a 1998 Easton sexual assault through DNA retesting, calling it "one of the worst cases in serial rapists that I've seen."
