North Attleborough's Conservation Commission approved a stormwater and land-disturbance permit for NESSFAB's planned 20,000-square-foot stainless-steel fabrication plant on Plain Street.
Conservation Commission · Meeting of October 6, 2026
North Attleborough's Conservation Commission approved a stormwater and land-disturbance permit for NESSFAB's planned 20,000-square-foot stainless-steel fabrication plant on Plain Street. Chaired by Kimberly Ciaramicoli, the board also issued a negative determination with special conditions for Eagle Scout candidate Micah Shamp's plan to rebuild a pedestrian bridge at the Lenore Paquin Health and Human Services Center. Commissioners withheld a certificate of compliance for the East Washington Street plaza anchored by Dollar Tree after inspectors found a collapsed catch basin and sediment-clogged drains; prospective buyer representative Dennis Patnode said "I wish it was a better system, but I can't turn back time," while pledging repairs before a sale closes.
The panel continued a boulder-wall application at 102 Homeward Lane and an addition at 20 Lenore Drive to October 20, pending wetland delineations, and approved certificates of compliance for a Landry Avenue Builders subdivision.
