Fall River June Home Sales Split Between Sub-$500,000 Homes and Pricier Deals
FALL RIVER -- Seventeen residential property transfers were recorded in the Fall River Registry of Deeds Southern District between June 26 and June 30, 2026, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $315,000 to $800,000 and a median of $445,000.
MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 17 recorded transfers, 11 included a disclosed consideration amount; the remaining six were recorded without a sale price, which is common for deed transfers involving trusts, estates or transfers among family members. Among the 11 disclosed sales, the median price was $445,000. The raw count of 17 transfers recorded within a five-day window (all but one dated June 26 or June 30) does not, on its own, indicate whether the period was more or less active than typical, since no prior-period figures were provided for comparison.
TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 544 Plymouth Ave, which sold for $800,000 on June 30. The sellers were Sheila C. Soares and Marco P. DaSilva Jr.; the buyer was Trisha N. Caillot.
