Westport Home Prices Span $92,000 To $3.1 Million In Latest Sales
WESTPORT -- A Richmond Pond Drive property sold for $3.1 million in early September, the highest recorded sale price in a four-week stretch that saw 54 deed transfers recorded at the Bristol County (New Bedford District) Registry of Deeds.
MARKET OVERVIEW
Fifty-four sales were recorded in Westport between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Of those, 23 included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $92,000 for a property on LS Tickle Road to $3.1 million for the home on Richmond Pond Drive. The median sale price among the 23 disclosed transactions was $655,000. The remaining 31 transfers, more than half of all recorded deeds, did not list a consideration amount. The four-week total of 54 recorded deeds reflects the raw volume of transactions filed with the registry during the period; the data provided does not include prior-month or year-over-year figures, so the count cannot be characterized as busier or quieter than typical.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN
Old County Road drew the most recorded activity of any single street, with four transfers: 602 Old County Road ($689,000), 441 Old County Road ($820,000), and two properties, 667 Old Couunty Road and 496 Old County Road, where no price was disclosed. Horseneck Road and Osborn Street each recorded three transfers, all without disclosed prices. Gifford Road, Benoit Street, University Drive and Village Way each had two recorded sales.
