The board voted unanimously Tuesday to accept its February treasurer's report, which flagged a roughly $600 returned-check discrepancy requiring corrections to January figures and showed Social Day revenue declining as attendance has dropped from a staffed capacity of 20 to 25 participants to as few as 10 to 12 on some days. Director Beverly told the board a reserve fund transfer of $5,700 was approved to send two aging vans to Adaptive Mobility after they failed inspection for bumper and lighting defects, noting the fleet is "at the end of the life" of several vehicles while a replacement van is pending.

Beverly also reported filing two AARP 2026 Community Grant Challenge applications, one for $15,000 to replace emergency shelter supplies including cots and blankets, coordinated with Chief Baldwin, while a pending DOT transportation grant remains unresolved past its expected February notification date.
