Conservation Commission Continues Wetlands Hearing, Issues Septic Compliance Certificate

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH -- June 11, 2026, North Attleborough's Conservation Commission continued four active permit hearings and accepted its conservation agent's resignation at its June 11 meeting. The agent, whose first name is Kevin, announced he is stepping down within the next month to six weeks, citing 80- to 90-hour work weeks, a growing private business, and a second child on the way; the commission chair said the position description was completed the day of the meeting and would be posted shortly. The commission voted unanimously to schedule a June 15 site walk at 16 Fails Road, where applicant Zach Meyer and Hayer, LLC, represented by Daniel Campbell of Level Design Group, is seeking a negative wetlands determination; that hearing was continued to June 25.
