NEW BEDFORD -- A waterfront commercial transfer at 25 Homer's Wharf anchored an active late-summer recording period, with 135 deeds logged between July 31 and Aug. 29 and a median sale price of $460,000 among the 81 transactions that disclosed a consideration amount.
