NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Bolton Street had the most recorded activity of any single street, with four transfers: 198 Bolton St. sold for $450,000, while sales at 210 Bolton St., 385 Bolton St. and 504 Bolton St. did not include a disclosed price. Grinnell Street and Rivet Street each had three recorded transfers. On Grinnell Street, 195 Grinnell St. sold for $480,000 and 127 Grinnell St. sold for $400,000, while 155 Grinnell St. had no disclosed price. On Rivet Street, 305-309 Rivet St. sold for $500,000 and 233 Rivet St. sold for $400,000, while 506 Rivet St. had no disclosed price.
