SWANSEA -- Sixteen property transfers were recorded at the Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds for Swansea addresses between July 17 and July 31, with sale prices disclosed on half of them. The disclosed sales ranged from $180,000 to $650,000, with a median of $475,000.

At 91 Sycamore St. (Lot 35), the property sold for $530,000 on July 20. Sellers Dawn A. DePasquale and Dawn DePasquale conveyed the property to Meredith Marissa McDonald and Gregory Drew Dillon Jr.
The property at 1047 Gardners Neck Rd. sold for $500,000 on July 30. The sellers were listed as Michael R. Roy and Kathleen M. Roy; no buyer name was provided in the deed data.
